Project Snapshot

A WordPress logistics hub for the GCC with live shipment tracking and AI-guided support.

Arabco Logistics is a Riyadh-based logistics company serving businesses across Saudi Arabia, the wider GCC and global trade routes. Its services cover freight and transportation, warehousing and handling, and customs and documentation.

Over a focused two-month project, Flaredot designed and built the WordPress website, then added a live shipment tracking interface connected to shipment data and an AI chatbot. The aim was a digital experience that is more transparent and more responsive.

Services: UX and UI Design, WordPress Development, System Integration
Platform: WordPress
Market: Saudi Arabia and the GCC

Their challenges included:

Arabco’s service range is wide: air, ocean and land freight, warehousing, packing and customs. Presented as one long list, it feels impressive but confusing. Business buyers want to know quickly whether Arabco fits their cargo and route.

Existing customers have a second need. They want to know where a shipment is right now, without calling or searching through scattered links. And enquiries range from simple route questions to complex customs issues, so a static contact page was not enough.

Key Objectives:

Make core services (freight, warehousing, customs) easy to find and understand in a few clicks.

Build trust with GCC and international clients through clear content, structure and visual design.

Integrate live shipment tracking, so customers can check cargo status on their own.

Add a chatbot that answers common questions and routes complex enquiries quickly.

Create pages that load quickly and support search visibility for logistics and freight queries.
Insights and Opportunity
The audit showed that logistics buyers look for certainty. They want to understand what is offered, confirm that the company covers their route, and stay informed after they ship.
Phase 1: Discovery and Audit
Audited Arabco’s existing pages, its external listings such as LinkedIn and freight directories, and competing logistics sites in the GCC. Mapped the typical buyer journey, from first research to shipment tracking.
Phase 2: Structure and Strategy
Planned the site as a practical logistics hub where visitors can understand services, confirm coverage, track shipments and reach support. Grouped services into simple, business-friendly categories.
Phase 3: Content and Visual Direction
Wrote short, outcome-focused service descriptions and set a calm, reassuring visual direction, so every page reduces doubt instead of adding complexity.
Phase 4: Design and Development
Designed the interface and built it on WordPress. Developed a dedicated tracking flow using custom logic and automation, and integrated an AI-backed chatbot for guided enquiries.
Phase 5: Review and Launch
Tested the tracking and chatbot flows, refined page details and launched the site within two months.

Strategy and Approach

The guiding idea was to make logistics feel dependable and straightforward. Every interaction should reduce doubt, not add complexity. Content and layout favor clarity, reassurance and direct paths to action.
Lay Out Services to Reduce Guesswork
Services are grouped into three clear categories: Freight and Transportation, Warehousing and Handling, and Customs and Documentation. Short, outcome-focused descriptions help buyers see quickly whether Arabco fits their cargo and route.
Build a Branded Shipment Tracking Flow
Scattered external links were replaced with a dedicated tracking flow. Users enter a number and see live shipment status inside the site, using custom logic and automation to keep results fast and aligned with back-end shipment data. A Track Shipment button sits in the header on every page.
Guide Enquiries With an AI Chatbot
The chatbot answers common questions, points visitors to relevant pages and suggests the best contact route. Routine queries are resolved quickly, and complex requests reach the team with better context.

Outcome

The redesigned site supports both discovery and ongoing operations. Visitors can understand the services, confirm Arabco’s coverage and use practical tools to manage freight and communication.

Results

Why This Success Matters

The best business websites behave like operational tools backed by clear storytelling, not only marketing pages. Grouping complex services into simple categories makes decisions faster for busy teams.

Working flows such as tracking and guided support become core trust signals. Even small structural choices, such as where key actions sit in the navigation, shape how reliable and responsive a business feels on every visit.
